Key Responsibilities:
Deliver or support lessons across different subjects, following school-provided plans.
Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
Support students’ engagement and learning in line with school expectations.
Adapt to different schools and classroom settings with professionalism and confidence.
Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies at all times.
Requirements:
A strong interest in education and working with young people.
Adaptability, good communication skills, and a confident classroom presence.
Must hold a valid DBS certificate or be willing to obtain one.
Safeguarding training is essential (or willingness to complete it before starting).
Experience in schools or with young people is beneficial but not essential.
