About the Role:
Are you passionate about inspiring young minds and gaining classroom experience? We are looking for motivated, adaptable Unqualified Teachers to support primary and secondary schools across the St Leonards area. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers, recent graduates, or experienced support staff looking to step into a teaching role.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Manage classroom behaviour according to school policies
Support students with learning activities and engagement
Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Provide feedback to teaching teams as required
Follow safeguarding procedures at all times
Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups, and classroom settings
Maintain a calm, professional, and supportive approach
