Unqualified Teacher Secondary

Supply Teachers – Secondary Schools (Eastbourne Area)
Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex
Pay: £110 – £130 per day
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (6.5 hours worked)

We are looking for reliable and adaptable individuals to join our team of supply staff, working across a range of secondary schools in Eastbourne. This is an ideal role for those with experience working with young people in any structured setting, including:

• Youth work

• Sports coaching

• Teaching assistant roles

• Cover supervision

• Mentoring or tuition

• Behaviour support

You do not need Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), but you must have relevant experience working with young people and the confidence to lead a classroom and deliver pre-prepared lessons.

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people in an educational or structured setting

• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• A DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
