We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed, and inspiring Year 3 Teacher to join a successful and welcoming primary school in Burgess Hill on a long-term basis until January 2027.

The Role

You will take responsibility for a delightful Year 3 class, delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

The successful candidate will work alongside experienced colleagues within Key Stage 2 and receive excellent support from senior leaders and teaching assistants. The school is looking for a teacher who can establish positive relationships quickly and create a classroom culture where every child feels safe, valued, and motivated to succeed.
