Primary Teacher – Year 4 (Long-Term) | Brighton

Contract: Long-term (with potential to extend)
Pay: Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience)
DBS: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service required

Pink Tile Education is working with a welcoming, inclusive Brighton primary school to recruit a Year 4 Teacher for a long-term role starting February half term.

This is a settled KS2 class within a supportive school that values consistency, collaboration and staff wellbeing. Planning is well-structured, and you’ll be joining a team that works closely together to ensure pupils feel secure, challenged and supported.

The role:

• Full classroom responsibility for a Year 4 class

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned to the National Curriculum

• Working closely with experienced Teaching Assistants

• Assessing progress and adapting teaching to meet pupil needs

• Creating a calm, positive and inclusive classroom environment

We’re looking for a teacher who:

• Holds QTS

• Has KS2 teaching experience (Year 4 experience desirable but not essential)

• Is confident with behaviour management and building relationships

• Enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team

This role would suit an experienced teacher or confident ECT looking for stability, structure and a genuinely supportive school environment.
