Location: Polegate, East Sussex
Hours: Flexible – short-term and day-to-day cover (term time)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £120–£140 per day for short-term/day-to-day cover; paid to scale for long-term placements.
We’re seeking a dynamic and reliable Year 4 teacher to join our supply network across Polegate. This role suits someone who enjoys varied classroom settings and can deliver engaging lessons with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach pre-set lessons, ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
• Manage behaviour effectively and keep pupils on track.
• Complete feedback and follow school routines.
Skills & Experience / What We’re Looking For:
• QTS or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2.
• Flexible approach and strong communication skills.
