We’re recruiting for a Year 4 Teacher to join a fantastic 3‑form entry primary school in Worthing, starting Easter 2026.

Full‑time Year 4 Class Teacher
Easter start (Interviews held at the beginning of the new term)

⭐ What They’re Looking For

This role is not open to ECTs — the school needs an experienced practitioner who can step confidently into a busy KS2 environment.

You should bring:

Solid experience teaching in Key Stage 2
Strong SEN knowledge and strategies for supporting diverse needs
Confident phonics understanding and delivery
A calm, nurturing teaching style and high expectations for all pupils
Strong behaviour management and excellent communication skills
A collaborative mindset to work within a 3‑form team
