We’re recruiting for a Year 4 Teacher to join a fantastic 3‑form entry primary school in Worthing, starting Easter 2026.

This role is not open to ECTs — the school needs an experienced practitioner who can step confidently into a busy KS2 environment.

You should bring:

  • Solid experience teaching in Key Stage 2
  • Strong SEN knowledge and strategies for supporting diverse needs
  • Confident phonics understanding and delivery
  • A calm, nurturing teaching style and high expectations for all pupils
  • Strong behaviour management and excellent communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset to work within a 3‑form team
