Short-term, Full-time | February Start | £140+ per day
We are recruiting on behalf of a Brighton primary school who are seeking an experienced Year 6 Primary Teacher for short-term cover starting in February.
This role is within a structured and well-supported KS2 setting, with clear expectations around behaviour and learning. The school has a strong leadership presence and experienced support staff in place.
The successful teacher will be confident managing a Year 6 class, maintaining consistency, and supporting pupils during an important academic period.
The role will involve:
• Delivering KS2 lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and learning
• Supporting pupils with academic focus and confidence
• Working closely with support staff and senior leaders
• Following existing planning and school routines
Essential requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• KS2 teaching experience
• Enhanced DBS
• Up-to-date safeguarding training
Pay: From £140 per day, paid weekly
