Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:45am–4:00pm (Tuesday: 5:00pm finish)

We are recruiting for a confident, patient and compassionate Year 9 Teacher to join a specialist SEN school in the Burgess Hill area. This temporary position involves delivering engaging, differentiated lessons while supporting children and young people with a range of additional learning needs within a structured, nurturing and inclusive setting.

As a Year 9 Teacher, you will play a vital role in helping students develop confidence, independence and a positive relationship with learning. You will work closely with the teaching and inclusion teams, adapting lessons to meet individual needs and creating a calm, supportive classroom environment where every student can thrive.

• Strong SEN teaching experience (essential)

• Ability to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons 
• Strong communication, behaviour management and organisational skills
