Do you have experience working with vulnerable young people in a school, youth work, or care environment? We’re recruiting for a Youth Engagement Support Worker to support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs at a boys’ SEMH provision in Havant.

This is a school where relationships come first – where your consistency and positive presence could be the difference between a student walking out or staying engaged.

This role involves:

• Helping students stay on track in lessons

• Building trust and positive routines

• Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour

You’ll need:

• A DBS on the update service

• Up-to-date safeguarding

• A tough skin, a warm heart, and strong boundaries
