1:1 Teaching Assistant – Year 4 Pupil (Chichester)

Pink Tile Education are excited to be supporting an alternative provision in Chichester who are looking for a committed and nurturing 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work with a Year 4 pupil. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to a young learner who requires tailored, consistent support.

The Role:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 4 pupil, both in and out of class.

• Implement strategies to help with focus, engagement and emotional regulation.

• Support learning across core subjects, adapting materials where needed.

• Encourage positive behaviour, self-esteem and social development.

• Work closely with teaching staff, SENCO and parents to ensure consistent progress.

About You:

• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH and/or additional needs is desirable.

• Calm, patient and resilient, with excellent relationship-building skills.

• Able to use creativity and positivity to re-engage a learner who may find school challenging.

• Confident working independently as well as part of a wider team.
