This role is perfect for someone with strong behaviour management, resilience, and creativity – someone who thrives in a setting that supports students with additional needs and challenging behaviour.

The Role:

• Deliver planned lessons and interventions to small groups or on a 1:1 basis.

• Work closely with teaching staff to adapt learning and ensure accessibility.

• Support pupils with SEMH needs to regulate, re-engage, and achieve.

• Lead classroom cover when required, maintaining a safe and positive environment.

• Contribute to the wider pastoral and academic support of the provision.

About You:

• Previous HLTA or cover experience is highly desirable.

• Confident working with SEMH / additional needs.

• Strong communication, empathy, and resilience.

• Able to build positive, trusting relationships with young people.
