Are you a passionate, patient and creative SEND Teacher looking to make a genuine difference in a specialist education setting?
We’re working with an exceptional alternative provision that provides a nurturing, therapeutic environment for children with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), autism (ASC) and complex learning profiles. The school’s mission is simple: to help every learner rediscover their confidence, independence and love for learning.
Teach a small class of pupils with varying additional needs, supported by experienced TAs.
Deliver a highly personalised and differentiated curriculum, combining academic learning with social and emotional development.
Use creative approaches and restorative practices to build positive relationships and engagement.
Work collaboratively with therapists, behaviour specialists and parents to support holistic progress.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent).
Experience in a specialist or inclusive setting, or a strong interest in SEND education.
Adaptable, resilient and committed to inclusive teaching.
Able to inspire curiosity and celebrate small steps of progress.
Work with a specialist SEND recruitment partner who genuinely understands the sector.
Temp-to-perm pathways as standard.
