SEND Behaviour Teaching Assistant

Pink Tile Education are looking for a SEMH Behaviour Teaching Assistant for a school in Hastings. This SEMH Behaviour Teaching Assistant role in Hastings would suit someone emotionally steady, resilient and genuinely interested in helping pupils who may be struggling with school, relationships, confidence or regulation.

As a SEMH Behaviour Teaching Assistant in Hastings, you will support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs. You may help pupils manage anxiety, frustration, low confidence, ADHD, autism, trauma-related barriers or challenging behaviour. This Hastings school needs someone who can be warm without being soft, boundaried without being harsh, and consistent even on difficult days.
