Trauma-Informed Teaching Assistant

Pink Tile Education are recruiting for a Trauma-Informed Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEMH school in Worthing.

This Worthing school supports pupils who may have experienced trauma, disrupted relationships, anxiety, low confidence or difficulty trusting adults. Behaviour can be challenging, but the school understands that behaviour is often communication.

The school needs a Teaching Assistant who does not take things personally, can stay calm during difficult moments and can build relationships slowly and consistently.
