Alternative Provision Teaching Assistant – Worthing

Pink Tile Education are recruiting for an Alternative Provision Teaching Assistant to work in a small provision in Worthing supporting pupils who are not currently thriving in mainstream school.

This Worthing provision supports young people who may have experienced exclusions, low attendance, anxiety, behaviour incidents or disrupted education. The pupils need adults who can build trust and keep showing up consistently.

This is a hands-on Teaching Assistant role. You will support pupils with learning, routines, regulation and engagement.
