Attendance and Engagement Teaching Assistant – Worthing Secondary School

Pink Tile Education are recruiting for an Attendance and Engagement Teaching Assistant to support pupils at a secondary school in Worthing.

This Worthing school is looking for someone to work with pupils who are drifting from education — low attendance, poor routines, lesson avoidance, friendship issues or low confidence.

You will help pupils get back into lessons, rebuild trust with adults and feel more connected to school. The school needs a Teaching Assistant who can encourage, challenge and build proper relationships.
