Behaviour and Belonging Teaching Assistant

Pink Tile Education are recruiting a Behaviour and Belonging Teaching Assistant for schools in Hastings, supporting pupils who may struggle with behaviour, confidence, emotional regulation or trust in adults.

This role would suit someone calm, resilient and warm. You might have experience in schools, youth work, care, coaching, mentoring, children’s homes, sports coaching or support work. What matters most is that you can build relationships, hold boundaries and help pupils in Hastings feel that school is somewhere they can succeed.

We have temporary, permanent and temp-to-permanent Teaching Assistant opportunities available across Hastings, with immediate and September starts.

Pay: £14.25–£16.40 per hour
