Pink Tile Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant for a SEND school in Bexhill supporting pupils with additional needs, communication differences and associated behaviour needs.

This is a specific Bexhill school where pupils may need support with regulation, sensory needs, communication, transitions, personal confidence and positive behaviour.

The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who can be patient, practical and calm. You will be working as part of a close team, supporting pupils in class and around the school day, helping them access learning and manage moments that feel overwhelming.

This Bexhill Teaching Assistant role would suit someone with experience in SEND, autism, SEMH, behaviour support, care, support work, youth work or residential settings. The school is especially interested in people who are reliable, kind and able to follow clear routines.
