Pink Tile Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join the inclusion team at a secondary school in Eastbourne.

This specific Eastbourne school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support pupils who may be struggling with behaviour, attendance, emotional regulation, social issues or engagement in lessons.

You will be working alongside pastoral staff and teachers to help pupils reset, return to learning and make better choices throughout the school day. The school needs someone calm, confident and consistent — not someone who gets drawn into arguments.
