A specialist setting in Farnborough is looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to support pupils with challenging behaviour and additional needs.

This role would suit someone who is firm but fair, able to build trust and provide structure to learners who need it most.

The role:

• Supporting pupils with behavioural challenges
• Working closely with staff to implement behaviour strategies
• Providing 1:1 support and de-escalation when needed
• Encouraging positive engagement in learning

You’ll need:

• Experience in behaviour support / SEMH / care / youth work
• Strong communication and resilience
• DBS on the Update Service
• Up-to-date safeguarding training

This is a long-term role with the potential for a permanent contract.
