Pink Tile Education are recruiting for a Nurture Teaching Assistant to support a small nurture group within a primary school in Worthing.

This Worthing primary school is looking for someone to support children who find the school day emotionally overwhelming. Pupils may struggle with transitions, friendships, confidence, attachment, emotional regulation or low-level behaviour.

The school needs a Teaching Assistant who can be warm, patient and consistent — someone who can help children feel safe without letting routines disappear.
