We’re supporting a vibrant, community-driven primary school in the heart of Brighton, known for its inclusive ethos and creative curriculum. This school places a huge emphasis on pupil wellbeing, outdoor learning and consistent, nurturing relationships. The leadership team is incredibly supportive, and TAs are fully embedded within planning, intervention delivery and pastoral care.
You’ll work across KS1 or KS2 depending on your strengths, supporting learning in class, running small-group activities and helping children build confidence and independence. The school has a strong commitment to professional development and is an excellent environment for anyone looking to grow within education.
You’ll need:
A valid enhanced DBS
Up-to-date safeguarding training
Experience supporting children in a school or childcare setting
A calm, proactive and positive approach
