Primary Individual Needs Assistant

Pink Tile Education are recruiting a Primary Individual Needs Assistant for a school in Brighton. This Brighton role is perfect for someone who wants to make a real difference by supporting a child on a 1:1 basis during the school day.

As a Primary Individual Needs Assistant in Brighton, you will help a pupil access learning, follow routines, manage emotions, build confidence and take part in school life. The child may need support with communication, focus, sensory needs, social interaction or behaviour. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide consistent, caring support.

Location: Brighton
Pay: £14.25 to £16.40 per hour

We are looking for someone calm, resilient, patient and nurturing. Experience with SEND, autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH, behaviour support, childcare or care work would be valuable, but the right attitude is just as important.
