Pink Tile Education are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to support a nurture-style class within a primary school in Hailsham.

This specific Hailsham primary school supports pupils who need extra help with emotional regulation, social skills, confidence, routines and behaviour. Some pupils may find transitions difficult, become overwhelmed quickly or need a trusted adult to help them feel settled.

You will be working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support pupils throughout the school day. This Hailsham Teaching Assistant role needs someone warm, patient and consistent, with the confidence to put boundaries in place when needed.

The school would suit someone from a background in primary education, nursery, care, SEND, SEMH, family support or children’s services.

Temporary, permanent and temp-to-permanent options are available.
