As a Trauma-Informed Behaviour Teaching Assistant in Eastbourne, you will support pupils with behaviour, emotional regulation, confidence, routines and access to learning. Some pupils may have SEMH needs, anxiety, ADHD, autism, attachment needs, low self-esteem or trauma-related barriers. The school is looking for someone who can build trust slowly, respond calmly and help pupils feel safe enough to learn.
