It is my pleasure to work on the secondary team for West Sussex, working with the fantastic secondary schools in our local area and making sure that our teachers find the perfect fit every time.
I have been living in Sussex for just over a year and previous to Recruitment I have worked in sales with a background in art and design, but my passions lie in education. I have close connections to the schools in our area, as my partner teaches in one of our schools, initially placed by Mathew at Pink Tile!
One of the best parts about education recruitment is the people, going from our first conversation, to calling with the good news of getting the role they have worked so hard for, it’s an amazing feeling!
