My name is Rachel and I am the consultant for secondary schools across Sussex. I have nearly 20 years experience within recruitment, with 16 of those specialising within Education. I have supported schools successfully across the country, including West and South Yorkshire, Manchester, Lincolnshire and more recently Hamshire and Sussex.
Working in education recruitment is more than just a job—it’s a passion that ignites my desire to make a meaningful impact on the future of education. Every day brings new opportunities to connect talented educators with the schools and institutions where they can thrive and inspire the next generation.
Being a mum of two, this is more important to me than ever, and I strive to ensure that my client schools and candidates are supported effectively and professionally. Ultimately, working in education recruitment allows me to combine my love for education with my passion for helping others succeed. Born and bred in Worthing, my knowledge of the local area is second to none and I can work effectively to ensure that our candidates are matched suitably to a school they can thrive in.
I am a big Crystal Palace fan, which has it’s downsides living so close to Brighton, and I enjoy weight-lifting and playing football!
